1) What service(s) do you provide?

I am a certified health coach with Take Shape for Life, the coaching division of Medifast, Inc. I help people determine and then reach a healthy weight with our specific program.  My coaching is free when the client is on our program.

2) How do you help others?

I educate and guide clients to achieve their health goals and learn the Habits of Health by Dr. Wayne Andersen.

3) Why are you passionate about the work that you do?

I experienced the program myself with the release of 42 lbs in 15 weeks. I want to help others, like myself, who have struggled with the issues of weight loss and failed diets.

4) What do you love about Team Women?

I love the sense of TEAM and the knowledge that we all want the very best for our team members~whether professionally or personally.  The support is unique.

“Old school networking” is all about passing your business cards out to as many people as possible, praying for a hit.  Successful networkers, on the other hand, realize that quality is way more important than quantity. Focus on finding people that are relevant to you.  Meet one-on-one with other Team Women members and  discuss your businesses and ideal target customers more deeply, so you truly understand each other’s  business needs and can explore possibilities to support each other.  It’s way better to have five cheerleaders  who know you well and are happy to help you grow than it is to have 500 people who’ve only heard your name.
